Transparency on how UTLZY Intelligence Hub collects, processes, and retains data across our platform and payment partner Razorpay.
We collect only the data required to provide our services—account details, uploaded documents, and operational telemetry. Payment information is handled securely by Razorpay and never stored in raw form on UTLZY Intelligence Hub systems.
Documents are processed in isolated environments and deleted according to your retention settings. Access is tightly controlled with role-based permissions and continuous monitoring.
When you purchase subscriptions, Razorpay acts as our payment gateway. Razorpay may collect cardholder or UPI details to complete the transaction in line with PCI-DSS requirements. UTLZY Intelligence Hub receives tokenized references only for reconciliation.
We share data with sub-processors strictly for delivering the service—such as Razorpay for payments and cloud infrastructure for hosting. Detailed sub-processor lists are available on request.
Access, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting info@utlzy.com. Requests relating to Razorpay transactions are coordinated jointly to ensure full closure.
