How UTLZY Intelligence Hub handles cancellations, refunds, and payment reversals with Razorpay.
How to request
Email info@utlzy.com with your account email, invoice number, and Razorpay payment reference. Our team verifies usage and raises the refund directly in Razorpay.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay within 5-7 working days. Bank settlements may take additional time based on the payment method used.
Partial refunds
If part of a subscription term has been consumed, we prorate the refund value. Razorpay issues the applicable amount back to the original payment source.
