Payment terms
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. Razorpay securely handles card, UPI, and net banking payments on our behalf. Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Refunds & cancellations
UTLZY Intelligence Hub delivers instant-access digital tools and AI credit packs. We honour refund requests for unused subscriptions or credit purchases within 14 days and process approved refunds within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Payment disputes
For any payment discrepancies, please contact info@utlzy.com with your Razorpay payment reference. We coordinate directly with Razorpay to investigate chargebacks or duplicate deductions.
